Fincantieri - Ulisse (2025)

I worked on the redesign of a complex system for managing and monitoring shipbuilding processes. The initial phase involved workshops and user interviews to map personas, journeys, needs, and pain points of existing tools. The project led to a proposal for a modular suite (mobile, desktop, totem), supported by a new visual identity and a dedicated pattern library.

SIAE+ cinematic works (2024)

Expansion, adaptation, and enhancement of the app to incorporate a new user segment focused on cinematic works, alongside the optimization of a new pattern library and the integration of new assets.

Vodafone site failures management (2024)

Designing new native app for management, maintenance, and monitoring of telecommunication antennas located in Italy and abroad, based on the existing web portal, along with the creation of a custom pattern library.

Windtre B2C (2021-2023)

Support design and development teams for B2C mobile and web products, focusing on new features, services, and improvements based on user feedback and business requests. Led the creation of a cross-platform design system, acting as Design Ops to streamline processes and ensure scalability, while enhancing accessibility across the brand.

Cross safely, without barriers (2022)

MOMOTEC is an app designed to help visually impaired and blind individuals safely cross signalized intersections. Using technologies like UWB, BLE, and haptic and audio feedback, it provides real-time information on traffic lights and potential obstacles, even when acoustic signals are unavailable. A project that combines accessibility and innovation for more inclusive urban mobility.

Halley CRM (2021)

Designing a new web app for a real estate client, focusing on digitizing property management processes, including sales and leasing. Designed intuitive interfaces aligned with users’ mental models, simplifying their transition from spreadsheets to digital tools, and improving overall productivity.
